Soulstir: Psychotherapy, Counseling, Consulting, Yoga and Meditation in Victoria, BC
Thank you for visiting me at Soulstir!
Why Soulstir you may ask?
Well, have you ever felt a longing for something larger then yourself, for beauty, a new way of life, may be freedom..something inexpressible, yet that which stirs inside your being with a quiet power?
At some point in my life, after a period of longing and searching, and a few necessary painful experiences, I was fortunate to find a way to pay attention to this quiet but powerful call, stirring me to a new path of life. You can call it
a Spiritual path, although in my views this term is very much misused these days and can mislead as much as it can explain.
In any event, Soulstir is the name I chose for the current leitmotif in my life and for this site, which contains references to my counselling and psychotherapy practice in Victoria, BC, my courses of mindful yoga and Buddhist meditation, and pages exhibiting my photography and art work.
I hope you enjoy this site and find my services useful!
I would love it if you contacted me with any questions you might have!
Warmly,
Misha Gitberg
